Save up to £1,250 on new Trek MTBs in TrekFest

[Sponsored by Trek]
With Summer just around the corner, Trek has kicked off another TrekFest - a month-long sale of its products from both ends of the off-road cycling spectrum. With discounts reaching all mountain biking and e-MTB genres, customers can expect to save up to £1,250 on select models. Here are some highlights.
- Best e-MTBs 2025 - top-performing e-mountain bikes for every situation
- Types of mountain bikes: every MTB category explained
- Best hardtail mountain bikes 2025 - great hardtails for every budget
Trek Roscoe 8 - £1,148
Being discounted from £1,350 is Trek's staple trail hardtail, the Roscoe. Whether you're just starting your MTB journey, looking for a rad and ready winter bike, or just prefer the simplicity of a hardtail, the Roscoe is set to please a range of riders. That's because it's built to blend high-quality componentry with a high-performance, but affordable build.
It's equipped with 29in wheels and gets space for up to 2.6in tyres. There's then 140mm of suspension up front to damp plenty of vibrations. For that £1,148, you get a RockShox 35 Gold fork, SRAM's NX Eagle drivetrain, Shimano four-piston brakes, and a complete Bontrager finishing kit.
Trek Fuel EXe 9.8 GX AXS - £5,500
The Fuel EXe is a bike that revolutionised the lightweight e-MTB with its TQ motor. It's built around a carbon frame with a medium bike weighing a mere (claimed) 18.17kg. That's all while knocking out 50Nm of torque and boasting a 360Wh battery.
As for the build, the £925 saving gets you a RockShox Lyrik fork damping 150mm of travel, and a RockShox Super Deluxe Select+ shock, damping 140mm of travel. Bontrager provides carbon wheels and the finishing kit, whereas SRAM handles shifting with the GX AXS drivetrain. Slowing the bike is a pair of SRAM Code R brakes and 200mm rotors.
Trek Fuel EXe 8 XT - £4,250
If £5,500 is a little too rich for your blood, Trek is offering savings on another Fuel EXe. This time, it's the 8 XT build that poses a saving of £1,250 while still granting TQ's HPR50 motor. However, this bike gets an Alpha Platinum aluminium frame. It features a small downgrade in spec for the money with a Fox Rhythm 36 fork and Fox Performance Float X shock, but it's all still rather good kit.
Shimano covers shifting with the XT M8100 12-speed drivetrain, and there's a pair of Shimano four-piston brakes with 203mm rotors. A medium frame size is set to weigh around 20.28kg.
Trek Top Fuel 8 GX AXS Gen 3 - £3,105
Although the Top Fuel is now in its fourth generation, the previous model bike still has a lot to give. Sitting between cross-country and full-on trail, the Top Fuel brings small travel numbers and a dialled geometry in a bid to achieve versatility and serious trail potency.
For £3,105, down from £3,450, the Top Fuel 8 GX AXS gets you SRAM's GX-level T-Type shifting as well as decent suspension from RockShox in the form of a Deluxe Ultimate shock and a Pike boasting 120mm and 130mm of travel, respectively. While Bontrager sorts the bulk of the finishing kit, SRAM also provides the DB 8 four-piston brakes.
Trek Powerfly FS 7 Gen 3 - £3,803
TrekFest isn't just about trail mountain bikes or svelte lightweight e-MTBs as the Powerfly FS brings Bosch's Performance Line CX motor to the party. That grants the rider 85Nm of torque and up to 250W of power to play with, all fuelled by a 625Wh battery.
As for the build kit, it's all there. There's a RockShox Gold RL fork with 120mm of travel and there's a SIDLuxe Select+ shock. This bike gets a mix of Shimano shifting components from the brand's XT and SLX ranges, as well as SRAM DB 8 four-piston brakes. Of course, there's a suite of Bontrager components too.
Although this bike may appeal to the e-tourers out there, it's not without all of the mod-cons. Its battery is removable for easy charging, and it features Trek's Active Braking Pivot for top suspension performance under braking loads. That £3,803 marks a £422 saving from the original asking price.
That's just a small selection of what's going on at TrekFest, so be sure to head over to Trek's website to find savings on bikes like the Slash, Fuel EX, and more. TrekFest ends on the 30th of April. The sale runs both online and at participating retailers. Live stock can be found over on the TrekFest product page.
