Best known for its back-protecting hydration packs and its move to torso protection, EVOC has expanded its range to now offer knee and elbow pads. The brand hasn't done things by halves either, instead choosing to build its own Litesheild Flex technology. Here are all of the details.

Following the motto, "protect the things you love" EVOC's protection range has extended to cover the knees and elbow, stating that the move to limbs was only the logical step, after creating its selection of back and torso protectors.

There are three new pads in the range, each employs the brand's own Liteshield Flex pads that EVOC claims 'enables a level of comfort and freedom of movement never before experienced'.

Taking up elbow-protection duties is the aptly named Elbow Protector LS Flex Lite. It provides Level 1 protection while the Liteshield cap blends durability and padding as it's designed to conform to the natural curves of the elbow. That protective cap sits in a lycra sleeve and is covered with an abrasion-resistant and tearproof material.

The Knee Protector LS Flex Lite brings that protective cap to the knees but boosts protection to Level 2 approval. EVOC promises excellent ventilation through the sleeve's breathable and flexible fabric, and like the elbow pad, there's a tear-proof outer material.

Rounding off the range, the Knee Protector LS Flex Enduro dials things up another notch. It still provides level 2 protection, but it's kitted with some straps to keep the fit snug. A key feature is that the lower two straps run through what EVOC calls the 'Power Flaps', which keep the pad close to the knee. They also loop through the Liteshield Flex protector, which prevents further movement. This pad boasts additional protection around the sides of the knees and a cushioning 'Airprene' material for extra protection and comfort.

As for prices, they start at €80 for the elbow pad and go up to €120€ for the Knee Protector LS Flex Enduro.
