Behold! We now have an off-road.cc RSS feed

As part of our masterplan to make off-road.cc better, we're going to be introducing some cool new functionality as we go. This week we've plugged in an RSS widget to allow you to get a feed of all the latest headlines from the site without having to lift a finger.
RSS - or Really Simple Syndication - allows you to subscribe to our site so you get all the latest news, reviews and features without having to check back all the time. If you look in the top right-hand corner of the site, you'll see another little symbol next to our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feeds - which you should obviously go and follow if you haven't already.
To take advantage of this, all you need is an RSS feed reader plugin for your browser or a standalone newsreader application. Once that is installed, just click on the RSS feed logo and you'll be given an option to subscribe to our feed, which is exactly what you should do. From then on, you can use the RSS newsreader to check what's new without having to visit the site directly. Depending on your application, you can also get alerts when something new is posted, so you'll never miss another story.
To borrow a popular quote, this is not the end of what we've got planned for off-road.cc and it's not even the beginning of the end. It's not even the end of the beginning to be honest, as in the coming months we've got loads of cool stuff up our virtual sleeve.
What's next for off-road.cc?
In the next couple of months, we're going to introduce a trail centre guide that'll allow you to search out the best man-made riding anywhere in the country. It'll have everything you need to plan a day trip or weekend of riding, listing all the routes at a site, their difficulties and distances plus other need to know stuff like whether there's a cafe or bike shop on site. If you're planning to stay longer or just fancy a post ride pint, it'll also help you find accommodation and pubs nearby.
Another big feature will be the introduction of a forum. Yes, if you've got pressing questions you need answering, entertaining stuff you really need to share or just fancy a bit of bike based banter then you'll be able to do just that with other off-road-ists to your heart's content.
We'll also be adding another section to the site that will be full of how-to guides covering everything from bike repair to setup to skills tips. Whether you want to get faster, fitter or just fix your bloody bike, we'll have expert advice to let you do just that. We can't give much away, but we've got some big names lined up to help out there...
There's plenty more where that's coming from too, but if there are any features you're desperate to see, then do let us know in the comments...
